This! I have experienced so much internal strife ever since I’ve been trying to “chase my dreams.” I’ve heard so many quotes encouraging people to trust their ideas & fight what you’ve named “resistance,” but none of them painted a picture quite as clear as this. We are fearful & apprehensive because our souls need this. That is so empowering & motivates me to push through unproductivity.
